About us

The BIJ is a youth information centre and a not-for-profit organization with an independent status but financed by the city of Brest, the local government as well as the ministry of youth and sports.

The ESC volunteering program is an action granted by the European Solidarity Corps program , offering young people (between 18 and 30 years old) the opportunity to live a mobility experience and to commit in another country.
